Damian is making fantastic progress! With less than 400 nautical miles left we are expecting to welcome Damian back to Galway between the 28th and 30th of September.

This remarkable journey across the Atlantic Ocean started back in June when Damian and Fergus rowed out of New York, and is all in aid of Project Empower‘s 4 chosen Charites: NRH Foundation, Galway Simon, MADRA and Ability West.

Unfortunately due to illness Fergus had to leave the challenge after 14 days at sea and Damian decided to keep rowing solo, and has been rowing now over 3 months.

Come along and cheer Damian back into Galway bay.
