The Irish Defence Force’s 119Bn who are currently serving out in Lebanon have very kindly decided to raise vital funds for the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) through the completion of a gruelling 4x4x48 Challenge while they are out serving in Lebanon.  This Challenge consists of running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours in full uniform/battle gear.

The challenge will take place between the 15th -17th April 2022.
